And what are your job responsibilities?  I work as the Marketing Coordinator for U.S. Figure Skating in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are the National Governing Body for Figure Skating in the United States from the youth level through the Olympic Team. My role deals primarily with sponsorship marketing. I am the day to day contact for our national sponsors, making sure the assets in their contract are delivered and activated on and ensuring they are feeling as fulfilled as possible. Where are you now, and what are your job responsibilities?  I am currently a lecturer in the sports management department at the University of Technology Sydney. I relocated to Australia just over a year ago after working at Texas Tech University as an Assistant Professor for over three years. My job responsibilities include a wide range of teaching including most of the subjects the current class of MSL students are probably taking. I'm still trying to learn all these weird Aussie sports and have no clue why they like cricket more than baseball. How has the program helped you get there? I was already in the position prior to completing the MSL program, however, the program helped me to learn what the current trends were at the time. My current job title is, Associate Director of Recreation, Programs and Fitness. I'm employed by a third party that MIT has hired to run their campus recreation program called, Health Fitness. And what are your job responsibilities?  About a year and a half ago, I got hired to be part of the Business Development team with the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A Affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. We just completed our 40th season, 3rd in our brand new ballpark, First Tennessee Park. We just finished #1 in Minor League Baseball in largest average attendance increase from 2016 to 2017 (an increase of over 1,700 PER GAME from 2016 to 2017, averaging 8,861 fans per game!). We sold out 22 games (10,000+ fans). Business Development is essentially a fancy word for sales guy.
